DairyRobot rooms operate 7x24. Cows milk when they want to milk. Dairy Farmers have one EASY, single chance to get it right with a robot room floor, or a more DIFFICULT install in a live robot room later. Most dairy farmers will suffer with difficult to clean rooms for 10 or 20 years, as they know that they can never shut down the robot room for days to do the work for any epoxy system or tile solution.
Leaking milk results in black mold, and dairy inspectors are not fond of that problem. Trying to install a floor UNDERNEATH a robot control unit is impossible due to the risk of damage. Moving the robot controller is impossible when a farmer only has hours to implement a solution. and that solution must have "immediate return to service".
