Arrowwood Colony has had multiple floors by SureBond installed in their meat / butcher shop. SureBond has installed new sections on well-used concrete in renovation-mode; not on new concrete. Non-slip and easy to clean keeps colony families safe and healthy.
Our SureBond Silikal floors have been installed in food product cooler areas at Arrowwood. SureBond can easily install our floors in food freezers as well on concrete substrate.

Walls, cove, and floors were installed on concrete that has been used for meat processing for 12 years prior. The abattoir portion walls, floors, and cove have been in service since 2013, with minimal abuse damage. Still hygienic and easy to clean.
Abuse happens in meat processing / butcher shops, cuttiing rooms. Our floors typically require no maintenance for a decade or more. However, when abuse happens, we have fixed gouges in 45 minutes or less. Any such repairs can go back into full service in 1 hour thereafter.
Again all of our floors are repairable without demolition. However, we very rarely have to repair our SureBond Silikal® floors.
The sanitation room floor can be exposed to high concentrations of sanitizing chemicals. That is no problem for a SureBond floor. SureBond has done sanitation rooms for several companies.
The reality is that SureBond's old floors are ALWAYS attractive working surfaces. Attractive floors attract employees to work and be retained by employers.
This heat-resistant smoker floor we installed was 6-1/2 years of age at the time of this photo. It required it's first maintenance at 9 years due to wear in the high heat abuse area at the doorway.
SureBond coated the walls with Silikal® resins in 2013.
